The weekly update has been released!
Last of the smaller updates this week, as the brand new community created character was finished last Friday, live on stream! She'll be introduced next week, but for now please enjoy some naughty time with Lily, and the start of Emma's Act Three storyline! I hope you enjoy! :)
KNOWN ISSUES: Due to the necessity of changing the User Interface some screens (such as the skill, inventory, fighter and crafting screens) haven't had a UI pass and look kinda janky. All this will be fixed in the next few updates, so please bear with me until then. Thank you!
CHANGELOG:
- Emma: New story event! Visit Emma's room after taking a certain number of districts to kick it off!
- Lily: New naughty event with Lily! Talk to her in the bar (after the developments in 0.19.3)!
- Jessica: Added some new facial expressions and tweaked her "neutral" expression to be less happy, so now she won't be smiling when giving you bad news any more! Who knew Jessica was so into schadenfreude?
- Bug: The Centre for Disease Control map icon was stuck in its "hover" phase after being taken by the Eldritch. It has been brought back down to earth
- Bug: Tweaked some of Chastity's expressions to tidy up a shading issue
- Bug: Finally, Typo Hero stands before the door to the Dread Arc's chamber... there's a lock on the door! With a gesture the lock becomes a lick... wiping his hand, Typo Hero creaks open the door and steps inside...

[BUG] I'm not sure if this has happened in previous patches since I just came back to the game ever since the 0.18 patches but basically I have double Chelsea(Crescent hill boss) now after recruiting her through the Dungeon and sending her to therapy. Is there a difference between the 2 or is it just a Bug? Also, how can we check the recruited girls whether they are broken or not?
That's an old bug and shouldn't exist in the latest version. I built a safeguard against it, though. Just save and reload and the duplicate will be gone.
If a girl is recruited then she's either Shattered, Broken or Rehabilitated. If she's Shattered or Broken then she'll be available to send to the rehab centre (just go to the centre and select "admit a patient"). If she's rehabilitated then you can't re-rehabilitate her.
The character select UI will be getting an overhaul in coming updates to display more information on each character :)
i love the new update, i will wait until this month end so i can get my payment and go sub to you on patreon, hopefully you guys will make more great update like this, i love the storyline, wonder what the world will be after the war

I think I have a bug. Claire's date never happens. Jessica doesn't have the option to ask her about it and I've waited a while (over a game month). Did I miss something?

I think I have a bug report this week. The CDC map icon does indeed seem to hover upwards when I mouse over it and settle back down when I move on... but it's the only icon that does that. Should the rest do the same, or should it stop jumping when I look at it?
Whoops, the replacement icon wasn’t pixel perfect.
Now it doesn’t hover but it wiggles.

How do I update the game without losing my saves?
Ren'Py stores saves in a "saves" subfolder in the "game" folder, which you can just manually transfer, but if you're running on Windows at least, it should also have a copy in your local storage that will follow the game.
If you use the itch launcher, it'll take care of updates for you and you won't have to worry about it.
Krellen covered it, but just so there's an "official" response:
All saves are automatically transferred when you boot up the latest version, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Just download, extract and play!
The only caveat is that if you're on Android DO NOT DELETE THE GAME! Or else all your saves will be gone forever.
