PUBLIC RELEASE - v0.20.4 - SOFT ROCK!
The latest update has been released!
Shorter update this week as it's mostly setup for the next update. Still, you have a new event with Emma, a new mini event with Gwen, you can tell the mothers that their kids are safe, the Shopkeep now sells FOUR more Elixirs (come on, you know you want to...) and a change to combat that gives everyone a nice buff! I hope you enjoy! :)
CHANGELOG:
- EMMA: A new event with Emma! Try visiting her room (this is a setup event; more to come in the next update)!
- GWEN: A new mini event with Gwen! Check out the living room on Monday, Wednesday or Friday night!
- KIDS: You can now tell Jessica, Lily, Veronica and Madison that their kids are safe! (Annie and Pixie already know, and the other moms you don't have access to yet)!
- SHOPKEEP: The Shopkeep now sells FOUR new Elixirs! Come on, try one... what's the worst that could happen?
- COMBAT: You can now "shatter" dice! When a buff to a dice exceeds the maximum number of sides a dice has it will now shatter and increase to the buffed value rather than capping out! This means that D4's can now exceed 4, D6's can exceed 6 and so on!
- COMBAT: The different dice are now coloured, to help differentiate them from each other!
- MARINA: Added the ability to check out the Marina tunnel. Or what's left of it...
- Bug: The light grows bigger, reflecting off tumbled rocks as it approaches the crumbled stone entrance... a hand pierces through the light, rocks shift, the glow increases and... "I found a clue!"

The task of the car wash girl, I went to Jessica to borrow a car in the morning (the relationship is full, she is also pregnant), but I still can't borrow the car, the option to borrow the car does not appear, what is the reason for this？
guys i just dont know and im sorry if im stupid, but is it poossible to fully control the town district or am i gonna be able to do it in the next updates ?

What's with the delay? Its past the 4th of December.
It says early access, meaning supporters.

Finally, Emma! I missed her so much TvT
The Arc. 😎 I'm having a bit of an issue. I recently upgraded to a new phone with Android 12, and yet when I start up version 20.4 of CK, if I stay on the main menu it runs well, but if I move anywhere else (the loading menu, settings, extras, ANYWHERE else), the game crashes after about 3 seconds.
Is it a problem on my end, or is anyone else having a similar issue? 🤔
Android and Ren'py don't play well together, unfortunately. Certain combinations of OS and hardware will cause Ren'py games to glitch out, freeze up or just straight crash. There's only three potential solutions I've ever seen work:
1. Free up more storage space.
2. Fully power down and restart your device
3. Ensure that your phone is completely up to date
Failing that, the only alternative is to download JoiPlay from the Play Store and run the WIN version of CK through it (although JoiPlay itself can be unstable).
Sorry I can't be more help, but this is an SDK/Device issue and I have no control over either of those :/

I've ran into a bug in Act 3. Madison was the last gal I had a kid with, and after the baby was sent to the daycare, I forgot to wait for her to grow up. Now I'm in act 3 and everyone is there except for Allison. I'm guessing I'll just have to reload a save, (and lose 3 hours of progress because I'm an idiot) but maybe you could add a safeguard when talking to Chastity at the church to prevent that from happening? Regardless, I'd just like to say that I've been loving this game and look forward to more. :)
Yeah, the pregnancy content is just frozen if you went into act 3.
I guess Arc could make the warning harsher, or just have the protagonist refuse to go into act 3 if there’s a pregnant girl or a baby that hasn’t grown yet.

how do I download the game without having to restart the game Everytime...the saves dont transfer to the update. I literally had to give up playing for months to wait for a enough updates to play the game again...I love the game, the story development and am truly curious if I'm right about a few things on this story development...but it drives me nuts to have to restart the game after every update so I wait a few months to get a few updates in before I restart...by now I know the whole story by heart and speed run to the updated parts. Pls help I've been playing this since before you guys changed Gwen character look and Lily had the one piece purple biker outfit wen she gives you the bar also...is lily gonna get the purple one piece biker suit back or are you guys sticking to the new leather outfit as a finale look only....just curious
I just keep both versions on my PC, transfer the saves folder from one to the other and then delete the original.
You don't have to restart the game - you've never had to do that. The game automatically transfers save games between versions.
If you're on Win/Linux/Mac you just download, extract and play.
If you're on Android you just download, install over the top of the existing game and play.
The only time you lose your saves is when you delete the Android version, because both cloud saves and backup save locations are impossible due to the way Google does things.
Finally an Emma Update! I was getting worried for her ever since the war came in.

There's still a war on, and MC doesn't have a clear line from the Manor to the farm yet. But once that's done... :)
