Hi, I'm kinda confused, since some char cards (as Gwen one) says "I don't think I can do anything more for this version" but there are cards profile still blurred out.. How do I unlock them? I mean, it's obvious that they are already in the game or they will be grayish or even they couldn't be there..
There are a ton of events in this game that aren't part of the character's story. For the blurred picture at the top row for example you have to build the club part of the bar and buy the club outfit for Gwen at the tailor.
The "HINT" is just for the character's main storyline and doesn't cover all the side content you can experience with them :)
The blurred out portions are outfits that you get through side content or easter eggs. In this case you're missing Gwen's Club, Swimsuit and Costume outfits.
The Club outfit you can get from the shops, same as the swimsuit (you may need to unlock the club and beach first) and the Costume outfit you get by applying all the Hallowe'en decorations to your room (coffin bed, witch poster and jack-o-lantern) and then going to the Dungeon in the Manor at night.

I've met the trickster in the bar so I can't max my charisma and take Veronica and Madison Home frome the college till I build a club and then have 3 dates in the club? Isn't another way to improve charisma so I can go on with Madison and Veronica stories?
A quick question... does anyone know what the little goblin guys potion does? It must be important, as it's with the money and crystals. Is it something for later in the game? Thank you for clarifying. 🤗
It's something for later on. You'll be able to buy items from an "Eldritch Merchant" with the potions, which will functionally be cheat codes to mess with the game. Should be fun, I hope ;)
That does sound like fun. I didn't know how important they were thus how many to get. Lol I'm thinking though that the little creature as well as Gramps, etc might be a challenge to get to what with the war and all. I'm absolutely buzzing and eager to see what's coming next and how it all unfolds. And the Eldritch things that we heard Morgana is cooking up sound delightfully horrible as well. 🤗
Might be a kinda wierd question, what was the music that played when the mc was confronted with Morgana and the Chief? Cuz I spent a few minutes just enjoying how perfect it felt for the situation.
hey, guys I actually updated from version 0.16.6 - 0.16.8(on windows, transferred save file across), and I'm not really sure if my save files are correct or broken, I might be wrong. because all the gold hearts are locked. But then again I don't really know what the difference between the two updates was. And on this image, it also says "wait for Act Three". Can someone help me understand it better?
Just wondering... has anyone thought of what would happen if you didn't bring Ami, Ard/Hana and Molly back to the manor (maybe didn't even upgrade the manor)? Or if you didn't even save Morganas servants? How would it change the end of Act 2? I hate saying too much, as I don't want to spoil anything for those who haven't played it yet. I also have to say there are quite a number of characters with very deep, very sad storylines it is sad that so many are extremely lonely and feel unloved and/or question their own self worth. Not too different from real life in that respect... Several times I kinda wish the MC had the comfort option more (like he does with Ami) or a way to say I love you when talking to others... basically any of his girls who are feeling lonely and unloved.
The underlying theme of the game is "Where do I belong?" and so the characters echo that to greater or lesser extents, and each in their own way. That being said, I will definitely be adding more "soft" options to dialogues, such as hugs and things :)
I'm very glad to hear that there will be more "soft" options added and I really love the underlying theme, it opens up many deeper dimensions to the characters and their individual storylines. But it does tug the heart strings with several of them.
Nothing's been changed that would invalidate JoiPlay as far as I know, so it should still work. That being said, compatibility with third-party software is up to PyTom, the dev of the Ren'py SDK so if it's incompatible now there's nothing I can do about it, sorry! :P
Well, if in this world of magic it might be possible to revert some damages caused at some important characters (I am trying not to give spoiler) and might also be possible to separate the personalities within a certain shattered girl... So... I really hope it will also be possible to separate the twins :) (the girl one is too much adorable).

First of all, Arc, please let me say that I have played probably hundreds of games on many systems and platforms and this is by far the best, and I do mean the absolute best game I have ever played. The characters (most of them anyway) are heartwarming and I for one, have truly fallen in love with them. The way the story comes together is truly fascinating and makes this game a true masterpiece. I do have to say as well, I love the "red slippers" as I like to call them. Hints about future content, Easter eggs and whatnot. I played through to the end of act 2, saved, downloaded the newest version and have nearly finished again.
Since then I have discovered the rest of the storyline with the college and company, and I've been just wandering the countryside making an army of kids. Lol. I do have a few questions, but it's okay to not answer or to give arcane riddles as a response (lol like the trickster and many similar characters) . Here goes...
How do I access the reporter girl? Is this Samantha or a different character?
I read somewhere that some of the side girls can or will be able to get pregnant? Just curious...
Will any of the kids (Lil Roxy or the MCs kids, or any kids other than Alice) become adults eventually? Will they have any other interactions in the game (if they do become adults)?
There was a possible hint that Dhena might be a useful ally against Morgana... I know you probably can't answer this one, it's okay... I do have to say though, oddly enough Dhena is one of my favorite girls despite her not having much in the way of lewd scenes. She's just plain cute and I like her curves. I'm weird, maybe. Lol. Anyway I hope we do end up seeing more of her...
Another question you may not be able to answer without tipping your hand... will there be more leveling systems or magical abilities? I mean, if most of the heart cards are full, most of the stats and authority are maxed, most of the present girls, side girls etc are won over, most of the current properties are owned... it's okay if they will pretty much stay as is and most or all of the training is finished, just curious.
I briefly thought of maybe a system where the number of *ahem* "interactions" with various characters, including pregnancy, could unlock something (skills, perks, stats, etc like when the MC had to go on dates to increase charisma), but I realized this is something that would be difficult to implement, especially at this point in the game (literally). On a related note as to magical abilities, I'm super excited and curious to see what will happen/change to have our hero and his allies get the upper hand over Morgana and the Organization.
I have other thoughts and questions but I won't ask as I don't want to possibly hint to any new content. I'll just patiently wait for updates and keep on makin babies. Like Johnny Appleseed. Lol.
The ending of Act 2 was definitely unexpected... I expected basically a nice, happy ending... but this was SO MUCH BETTER. Again, I have to applaud you on winning me over completely and for creating literally the most amazing world of characters ever. Thank you for being your amazing self and for devoting so much time, effort, expense, energy and care for all of us who love you and CK so much.

This whole text basically resumes a lot of our questions (there are a lot more but it would be unfair to know all the answers before time). But yeah, great text. There is this other game that was looking great; I was excited to see how it would evolve, but unfortunately they abandoned the project. In my humble but honest opinion if they continued the line they were going, it might been as good as this game (having a stroke writing this sorry). But currently, I believe this is, indeed, the best game out there but I'm open for suggestions.
I have to say, the little I know about Arc, they are really good keeping secrets but no one is perfect ;) ( the little details) and I'm sure they are gonna give us all the answers in the game when the time comes.

I'm delighted to hear that CK will never be abandoned, though like all good things, I guess it has to end someday. Just curious, and not meaning to ask a sensitive question, but will the current characters continue in CK 2 or 3? And I'm curious about how many Acts are planned for each? As to your questions, well, no spoilers but I shall do my best to answer them! Here goes...
1. Reporter Girl: Click on the "EXPLORE" icon on the Town Map in the evening
2. Side Girl Pregnancy: Yes, some of the side girls will be able to get pregnant! There's no definitive list yet; it kinda depends on player demand.
3. Will the kids grow up? No, the Artifact energy in their bodes expends itself after the inital growth burst. From that point on they age normally (this is for two reasons: first is that the pregnancy system is optional so I can't spend too much time on it, and the second is to avoid getting into very creepy sexual territory)
4. Dhena: If you want to then yes, there will be a way to get more Dhena content in Act Three
5. More Systems/Abilities: Yes, there will be more powers, you will be able to level up your remaining stat points and there will be a new mechanic introduced in Act Three

Weirdly, this seems to be a sound issue. Make sure you have headphones or speakers plugged in or - if you already do - try unplugging your headphones. I have no idea why this works, but it does.
*First time commenting on this site, so I may not know some things.* First off, I would like to ask for any help regarding saves on this game. Can I somehow upload my saves and progress into the updated version of the game? And how?
Second of all, I would like to say that this game is amazingly high detail. Especially with Koikatsu. I've played a lot of games on here, both VN's, Horror and other games, but among the games that use Koikatsu as a base, this game has by far been the best. Also, how you update the game EVERY WEEK is both amazing and terrifying to look at. Are you overworking yourself(-ves)? Do you have some kind of shady game company backing you up? ( Don't worry, I won't tell. ) In anycase, I can't wait to see when the game is fully finished and polished.

As for your questions:
1. All saves are automatically transferred between each new version - you don't have to do anything. Just don't ever delete the game if you're on Android or you'll lose all your saves! (Deleting it on Win, Mac & Linux is fine)
2. The singular "yourself" is correct and yes... yes I am ;) I'm actually a lot better about taking care of myself than I was at first, though, and I do take one week off every two-plus months.
3. I DO have a shady game company backing me up! Sadly, it's my own shady game company and I'm the only employee... but still, it has a kinda-creepy logo! So I think it counts.
You can't buy it in Act Two, no - the original plan was that you'd be able to, but I couldn't fit it into Act Two without it feeling forced. Sorry for the confusion! :P I may remove it as a purchasable option for now until it becomes available.
Android requires that you have between 2-4 times as much available space as a game or app requires in order to install it. So depending on your model, you may need ~6GB free :/

Is the highest level of authority in the college level 5 because i cant seem to go any higher and get the quiet girl to do any thing ive tried everything even setting my name to the answer to the riddle she thinks about.
Not sure what you mean, sorry. Just do what your leads say, and once you've completed your task you'll get a new lead. Same for the Heart menu hints :)
Have you completed what the hints tell you to do? Is this happening for all girls, or just certain girls? Is there any event in particular that you know you've completed and the hint hasn't updated?
The code is extremely simple - a standard variable check - and hasn't been changed in over two years, so my instinct is to say that either you're not completing the hint or you or someone with access to your machine has been editing variables.
All but like 2 of the girls say there hasn't been an update for them in quite a while. That could be the case too, but i haven't played in a month and updated like 4 days ago and found nothing to do.
re man on man, creampie - If you do please make very sure there's a disable feature (forever would be a nice option) The game is fun, interesting, and erotic enough as is. There are other sites for the heavier and fringier (this is a word?) stuff.
Creampie animations are functionally impossible as mentioned in my comment below, and if (which is a BIG if) man-on-man content ever makes it into the game it'll be as a separate (free) DLC due to its polarising nature :)
"Femboy" content has been on the polls for a long time now, but gets an extremely low number of votes each time. That's not to say that it won't eventually make its way into the game, but not anytime soon, and if it does it will be as separate (free) DLC due to its extremely polarising nature.
Almost certainly not - I'm using Koikatu's CharaStudio, and attempting to do custom animations is extremely complicated and time-consuming. Plus, anything involving liquid physics is a no-go due to the limitations of the software. Sorry!
As a solo dev on a weekly schedule there is unfortunately a strict limit on the amount of content I can get out in any given week - especially now that I'm having to rework every map, create new outfits and in some cases edit character models. Thanks for your patience! :)
I just thought you might slowly making the rendering, dialogue and stuff during act 2 and then copy those to the update. I wonder if act 3 choice is going to be more impactful though.
I'll admit, I threw money on this game not expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised.
For once, the main character has a funny personality and can handle his own, unlike so many other visual novels I've seen before. Plus, the characters you meet, including the bachelorettes, are interesting and three-dimensional, with wants and desires, and past traumas for some. I got hooked with the plot real fast, and kept scouring the game for more.
I mean at this point, the sex scenes are just a tiny bonus to the rest of the game, y'know?

I took over the college but cant find katana girl and cant get shy library girl to talk, am i missing something with them? I have all stats maxed (not the last two green points) I have max authority and education too.
After pixie deals with dhena it says maybe lyx can unfreeze her but I cant find any option for it anywhere yet is that a later thing?
At the daycare I only get one "group play" option, do i need to do something to get more or is that all for now?
Do the council guardian and fish girl in the lake (explore options) do anything or are they just interesting easter eggs?

Because I admitedly havnt done a few of those because when I saw group play I just focused on getting the kids thinking I could play with all and not have to choose who got love and attention XD

I make CK using Koikatsu (available on Steam) which has no official licensing agreements but the parent company has publicly stated that they're happy for indie devs to use their assets (and have even defended devs against their own distributor in the past!). This means you can't put your game up on Steam if you decide to go this route, however - just something to bear in mind!
Yes, I use it to create all the scenes - CharaStudio, to be specific. If you uave the Steam version check out the "Guides" in Steam to learn how to get CharaStudio active in your version :)
I love that this shows how much of the story is well made despite it being a 18+ game, it gives people a reason to care and love the characters. Props to ya Arcadean.
This makes me wonder, do the choices actually have an impact on the game or is it just to make it more interactive? Maybe it depends if it's on the short term (like a scene) or longer..
Yes, you can move saves to and from any OS :) If you're on Android 11+, though, you'll either need a file explorer app or to plug your phone into your computer since Google made the "data" folder hidden a while back.
Claire occupies an interesting space midway between side girl and main girl. She won't have the heart menu that the main girls have, but she will have a lot more content than the other side girls do :)
This is a very good game, honestly the second best I've ever played. I wish you were rich, creating a game like this must be very difficult so I appreciate the work of all the creators of these games. I didn't want to see the end of this game but I will, and this game will be on my phone forever. Good luck with your work :)
Also ik it would almost be the same if I asked for Claire to be a main girl she's better off being a side girl bc that means less work for The Arcadean

Is it for later as well? Once i hit a high enough Cha, talking to him gave me his potion that got used for bomb stuff.

Gold Hearts are locked until you do a special event for each character in Act Three (which isn't in the game yet) :)

I briefly thought of maybe a system where the number of *ahem* "interactions" with various characters, including pregnancy, could unlock something (skills, perks, stats, etc like when the MC had to go on dates to increase charisma), but I realized this is something that would be difficult to implement, especially at this point in the game (literally). On a related note as to magical abilities, I'm super excited and curious to see what will happen/change to have our hero and his allies get the upper hand over Morgana and the Organization.
I have other thoughts and questions but I won't ask as I don't want to possibly hint to any new content. I'll just patiently wait for updates and keep on makin babies. Like Johnny Appleseed. Lol.
The ending of Act 2 was definitely unexpected... I expected basically a nice, happy ending... but this was SO MUCH BETTER. Again, I have to applaud you on winning me over completely and for creating literally the most amazing world of characters ever. Thank you for being your amazing self and for devoting so much time, effort, expense, energy and care for all of us who love you and CK so much.

This whole text basically resumes a lot of our questions (there are a lot more but it would be unfair to know all the answers before time). But yeah, great text. There is this other game that was looking great; I was excited to see how it would evolve, but unfortunately they abandoned the project. In my humble but honest opinion if they continued the line they were going, it might been as good as this game (having a stroke writing this sorry). But currently, I believe this is, indeed, the best game out there but I'm open for suggestions.
I have to say, the little I know about Arc, they are really good keeping secrets but no one is perfect ;) ( the little details) and I'm sure they are gonna give us all the answers in the game when the time comes.

As to your questions, well, no spoilers but I shall do my best to answer them! Here goes...
1. Reporter Girl: Click on the "EXPLORE" icon on the Town Map in the evening
2. Side Girl Pregnancy: Yes, some of the side girls will be able to get pregnant! There's no definitive list yet; it kinda depends on player demand.
3. Will the kids grow up? No, the Artifact energy in their bodes expends itself after the inital growth burst. From that point on they age normally (this is for two reasons: first is that the pregnancy system is optional so I can't spend too much time on it, and the second is to avoid getting into very creepy sexual territory)
4. Dhena: If you want to then yes, there will be a way to get more Dhena content in Act Three
5. More Systems/Abilities: Yes, there will be more powers, you will be able to level up your remaining stat points and there will be a new mechanic introduced in Act Three

Weirdly, this seems to be a sound issue. Make sure you have headphones or speakers plugged in or - if you already do - try unplugging your headphones. I have no idea why this works, but it does.

First off, I would like to ask for any help regarding saves on this game. Can I somehow upload my saves and progress into the updated version of the game? And how?
Second of all, I would like to say that this game is amazingly high detail. Especially with Koikatsu. I've played a lot of games on here, both VN's, Horror and other games, but among the games that use Koikatsu as a base, this game has by far been the best. Also, how you update the game EVERY WEEK is both amazing and terrifying to look at. Are you overworking yourself(-ves)? Do you have some kind of shady game company backing you up? ( Don't worry, I won't tell. ) In anycase, I can't wait to see when the game is fully finished and polished.

As for your questions:
1. All saves are automatically transferred between each new version - you don't have to do anything. Just don't ever delete the game if you're on Android or you'll lose all your saves! (Deleting it on Win, Mac & Linux is fine)
2. The singular "yourself" is correct and yes... yes I am ;) I'm actually a lot better about taking care of myself than I was at first, though, and I do take one week off every two-plus months.
3. I DO have a shady game company backing me up! Sadly, it's my own shady game company and I'm the only employee... but still, it has a kinda-creepy logo! So I think it counts.

No, I don't think you can buy it yet.
You can't buy it in Act Two, no - the original plan was that you'd be able to, but I couldn't fit it into Act Two without it feeling forced. Sorry for the confusion! :P I may remove it as a purchasable option for now until it becomes available.
I wasn't here for the beginning of Act Three, but I am hyped honestly, cause this is actually fun, and I can't, (but will,) wait for more!
Edit: I have now seen all of (current) Act Three and now that just pumped up my hype, I seriously cannot wait for more parts of the story!

How do I get the quests for the girls to update?
Not sure what you mean, sorry. Just do what your leads say, and once you've completed your task you'll get a new lead. Same for the Heart menu hints :)

Have you completed what the hints tell you to do? Is this happening for all girls, or just certain girls? Is there any event in particular that you know you've completed and the hint hasn't updated?
The code is extremely simple - a standard variable check - and hasn't been changed in over two years, so my instinct is to say that either you're not completing the hint or you or someone with access to your machine has been editing variables.
All but like 2 of the girls say there hasn't been an update for them in quite a while. That could be the case too, but i haven't played in a month and updated like 4 days ago and found nothing to do.
re man on man, creampie - If you do please make very sure there's a disable feature (forever would be a nice option) The game is fun, interesting, and erotic enough as is. There are other sites for the heavier and fringier (this is a word?) stuff.
Creampie animations are functionally impossible as mentioned in my comment below, and if (which is a BIG if) man-on-man content ever makes it into the game it'll be as a separate (free) DLC due to its polarising nature :)

"Femboy" content has been on the polls for a long time now, but gets an extremely low number of votes each time. That's not to say that it won't eventually make its way into the game, but not anytime soon, and if it does it will be as separate (free) DLC due to its extremely polarising nature.

Almost certainly not - I'm using Koikatu's CharaStudio, and attempting to do custom animations is extremely complicated and time-consuming. Plus, anything involving liquid physics is a no-go due to the limitations of the software. Sorry!
Just played act 3 but I really hoped you made act 3 complete. But it's fine, great games come with time and patience, I guess.

I'll admit, I threw money on this game not expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised.
For once, the main character has a funny personality and can handle his own, unlike so many other visual novels I've seen before. Plus, the characters you meet, including the bachelorettes, are interesting and three-dimensional, with wants and desires, and past traumas for some. I got hooked with the plot real fast, and kept scouring the game for more.
I mean at this point, the sex scenes are just a tiny bonus to the rest of the game, y'know?

I took over the college but cant find katana girl and cant get shy library girl to talk, am i missing something with them? I have all stats maxed (not the last two green points) I have max authority and education too.
After pixie deals with dhena it says maybe lyx can unfreeze her but I cant find any option for it anywhere yet is that a later thing?
At the daycare I only get one "group play" option, do i need to do something to get more or is that all for now?
Do the council guardian and fish girl in the lake (explore options) do anything or are they just interesting easter eggs?

1. Sword Girl and Quiet Girl are mysteries you can only solve in Act Three. Youre done with them for now.
2. Can't be done in Act Two (MC has no reason to free Dhena).
3. You need kids from more girls. Group events are tied to specific combinations of specific children.
4. Council Guardian's events will be in Act Three. The fishgirl you can move to the Marina once you own it and have met both fishgirls.

I make CK using Koikatsu (available on Steam) which has no official licensing agreements but the parent company has publicly stated that they're happy for indie devs to use their assets (and have even defended devs against their own distributor in the past!). This means you can't put your game up on Steam if you decide to go this route, however - just something to bear in mind!

Yes, I use it to create all the scenes - CharaStudio, to be specific. If you uave the Steam version check out the "Guides" in Steam to learn how to get CharaStudio active in your version :)

Yes, you can move saves to and from any OS :) If you're on Android 11+, though, you'll either need a file explorer app or to plug your phone into your computer since Google made the "data" folder hidden a while back.

I don't really mind if she is bc her being a main would make doing her part of the story slightly more difficult
Claire occupies an interesting space midway between side girl and main girl. She won't have the heart menu that the main girls have, but she will have a lot more content than the other side girls do :)
