This is a much greater game than it seems at first sight, and that's considering it caught my attention almost immediately. The story picked up the pace pretty early by my standards, which is a good thing, and I'm finding myself enjoying more the world and character building than the actual sex scenes. Top quality writing right here for everything, even the grunts, growls and other onomatopoeia are realistically portrayed. If anything, some storylines seem a little linear, I have yet to feel that there are real long term consequences to my choices, but this might change in the future once the game is complete. The animations are pretty smooth (although some might improve further with a little revision, such as the Kunoichi girls' ones) and the characters are really cute.
IF I had anything to complain about any model, it'd be the bigger breasted girls like Madisson or Jessica having clothes that look a little ridiculous, since t-shirts and jackets don't bend like that when a big breasted girl wears them; instead they should look constrained, like a big mass is being condensed by the cloth creating tension. In practice their model would look less like saggy bags are hanging from their chest, and more like they keep balloons barely trapped there, at least when clothed... once these are out of the way, it'd make sense for the breasts to spill over like they were gasping for freedom. But that's just my point of view on the matter. I realise there's a lot of effort already put into the game and it might add too much work to create two separate models for these characters, one for normal scenes and one for smut scenes, when it's much simpler to just have one model and adapt the clothes on the fly. I do believe however that the quality of the game would improve greatly if detailed attention was brought to this kinds of things.
All in all this is a great game that I'm enjoying a lot so far, and I'm quivering in anticipation of how the story will progress overall. Will being Kind/Rude have an effect in our fate? Will we have some sort of hidden stats or karma meter that changes if we decide to have (or not have) sex with others, as well as HOW we decide to have it? Would any girl that we treat poorly betray us in a critical scenario? Will our vengeance come crashing down upon us, or will justice prevail? We'll answer all these questions... in future updates.

I agree that more realistic cloth physics would definitely improve on the game's visuals, but unfortunately the software I'm using (KK) doesn't have a physics engine and doesn't allow for manipulation of clothing - just basic character modelling and posing. I wanted to go with something super-simple for my first attempt at a game. Next game will be more ambitious, though, and hopefully I'll be able to address all your concerns :)

It's been a bit since I downloaded the latest version of this (probably 6ish months) but did it become more intense on Android? I got a stronger phone then I previously had but now whenever I try to launch the new download and start the game (as I couldn't carry over between phones) it crashes on me.

You have to find the Goblin Witch ("EXPLORE" in the outskirts - the map with the farm - and when you reach an "empty" scene, pay attention to the text hints) then learn her name by following her questline.
Once you've done that you can go to Chloe's room any morning to talk to her.
If you don't know where the lake is then you need to progress the main story.
There's a sequence of events, you may have missed one along the way.
* Check the manor's garden. * Take a train ride. * Talk with Gramps * Do martial training * More talking * Fetch something from the lake (check 3 times) * Even more talking and now main story stuff.
I almost forgot to say... The new college update with the Casual and Naked rule are extremely well made, I loved it. Heck, spent a lot of time there with Naked/Casual Veronica and Madison for an hour or two hahaha.
Others have asked how long until the game ends. I'll ask a question that may have an answer the Arcadean is closer to knowing.
How long until Act 2 ends? As i progress, im seeing the available empty hearts for the girls, the available empty slots for training, and the available property options filling up. It's unclear if there are things that will be added or opened before Act 2 ends, or if what's achievable now defines the limits for Act 2. I wouldn't be surprised if Act 2 is complete before this summer ends.
Related question: will there be a delay between the last Act 2 update, and the first Act 3 update? One can imagine a desire to perhaps frontload things a bit, to really get into the act. There may be new locations, new or altered character designs, etc. If the transition is anything like going from Act 1 to Act 2, there will be a certain amount of exposition necessary to prep us for the new situation. The normal (at this time, at least) weekly update cycle is very nice - but could become impractical during the transitional phase, at least. Any predictions, especially if Act 2 is as close to completion as it feels?

I love this game and I am waiting for updates every week. I am definitely not bored with the game, but when do you plan to finish the game. If you are not sure, do you think there will be an update for 1 or 2 more years? Thank you
My hope is that the game will take at most another 2 years to complete. Act Two has taken way longer than I expected, but Act Three will be a lot more streamlined so... fingers crossed!

I've been playing the game for a will now and dude thanks for that. Really cool story so far, not too slow, not too fast so I trust you for what come next. Really cool characters, I love all of them, If I have to pick a favourite I would say Veronica and Jessica (for 2 obvious reasons xD) and the kunoichi girls but all of them are incredible. And also the big difference with the other games are the monster girls. It’s rare to find such exotic thing so really like that. Your game is great keep going.
On the down side it would be cool to have more situations were we could use more our powers (or not) to see differents outcome maybe.
Also mention to the lady of the lake, hope you will continue her little side story. Thanks again for this incredible game
It's not as fun to write tho, specially if you're the type of writer that tries to prioritise stories and character interactions.
There's many people asking for more usage of the other powers, more options, but making paths that branch too much would not only take a lot of time, but also would be a royal pain in the nuts to juggle.
I would personally like to see events where you use the powers even less. But in some stories the decision seems more like a "do or die" and others could work without but they would take an enormous amount of time to acomplish.
I don't know, would it be worth it to have more meaningless choices?
And golly yes, the lady of the lake, the sword. But who knows, maybe in act 3? Maybe not, considering she's just an optional explore event? Maybe it's a plotpoint for one of the planned sequels that are going to use the same universe (but not the same protagonist)?

Cursed pretty much covered everything - making branching storylines is highly problematic for a solo developer like myself, so unfortunately I have to curtail or "funnel" the power usage quite a bit.
That being said, I am trying to get more "power scenarios" in the game as I go along, and once CK is done I will take a month or two to go back over the entire game to polish, add QoL changes and insert as many new and branching storylines as I can.
As for the Lady of the Lake, well you'll see a little more of her in Act Three. As for how much more? That kinda depends on player demand - so make sure you petition for it in polls and such! :)
On day 23 and so far, I'm enjoying it. It has a good story and interesting characters. And who ever is writing pixies script is great, they definitely know how to think like a kinky valley girl, lol. So far, I give this game/novel a solid B rating. Only thing keeping it from a higher rating is... well, I'v noticed something strange about all the games on itch.io (and a few other places) and I haven't quit figured it out yet. I mean, (I think I know what's going on) but I'm not ready to say anything just quit yet ((and that's the most I'v ever said about that)) Anyways... Good job.
That seems like a very good idea for a bad ending.
Pixie uses the powers she didn't know she had and then dies because her frail body couldn't handle the sudden surge in energy.
The MC doesn't really know what to do in that situation, and while I have my doubts about the whole "Pixie is the MC's life-support" thing, it would still kind of break the story to have Pixie gone.
And yes, having to break the flow of a story to fetch some random goblin lady is really immersion breaking, don't see that changing.
TBH, I reckon Arc should poke the player even more to find Lyx. You meet her like she's just some random side character but at the end of the day she's pretty much crucial to the main story.

En Windows/Mac/Linux creo que es similar, el juego guarda en una ubicacion separada a donde tienes el juego instalado. Si descargas el juego de nuevo deberias poder usar esos archivos de guardado.

Si cambiaste de maquina y/o respaldaste los archivos, solo tienes que ponerlos de vuelta ahi, y claro, asegurate de estar en la pagina correcta en el menu de Cargar Partida (va mas alla de la pagina 9).
Igual, te recomendaria bajar el cliente de itch.io, hace mucho mas facil tener el juego actualizado y no tienes que bajar el juego completo cada actualizacion, solo los cambios. Funca mas o menos como el cliente de Steam.
En Android cambia la cosa, para empezar no puedes usar itch.io como en PC.

Toca mencionar que desde android 10 es mas complicado llegar a esa carpeta, si no te funciona con tu admin de archivos prueba con SolidExplorer

The game is WONDERFUL, i don't feel like i don't know what to do/how to do the tasks and getting along with the other Characters. I think is my favorite Visual Novel so far. But i would like to know, how many days there are Exactly? Since while i'm waiting for the updates i keepnplaying for the other quests, but i don't want to waste all the time i have only for those.
At best you'll be made to wait a week or something but no "do this before day X or bad ending" type shit.
Just play at your own pace. No need to rush. If you feel like being in a coma for months to farm the passive weekly income, you can do that. The laptop cheat might not be there on final release.

As Cursed said, there's no time limits on anything in the game. You can take as long as you like, or go as fast as you like, and the game won't punish you either way. I want players to feel like their exploration is rewarded, not punished.

Nope, not really. Arc tries to finish all the content available for Act 2 first, because once Act 3 starts, there's some stuff in Act 2 that won't be available anymore and replaced with new ones.
Generally speaking, I'm nervous and excited, so I'm putting my trust with Arc as I'm loving this game.
At best you could get a rough estimate, but even that can be wildly inaccurate.
Only thing I can say is that we're getting closer. Stat trainings are done, college is very close to done, a few girls could use a couple more scenes, there's a few explore events left to be done, etc.
There's also a couple of things that may or may not be for act 3 instead, no way to tell...
People get antsy, but the transition into act 3 is important, and leaving shit half-done in act 2 would be counterproductive.
Will we still have all the interactions with the girls in act 3 or is this gonna change aswell, will the access to the barn college and stuff also fall out or are we lucky to keep this
I honestly just wanna keep all girls n kids to interact with, the girls in all ways and stuff like that and hopefully morgana aswell, i just wanna keep my 2D family together
You will still be able to interact with any of the Main Girls that you've gotten up to Love level 4 (as well as Morgana) and any of the Side Girls that you've interacted with - although depending on your actions some may or may not be on your side to begin with. You'll also be able to interact with any kids you've had by the end of Act Two :)
"Shit's about to go down", though, as Cursed said, so expect a big shakeup in the game world once you're in Act Three. Probably won't have time to go to any festivals with Kana, for example... ;)

You can't reverse it, but if you don't like Yandere content (which the Quirk unlocks) then you can turn off "Yandere" in the preferences menu :)

Chloe's progress is tied to the Organisation lead so just follow that :)
If you're stuck on getting her out of her room then once you've learned Lyx's name just go to Chloe's room any morning.

I mean, act 2 isn't done. There's going to be a third act, while smaller than act 2 it is going to be somewhat story packed.
And of course the epilogue.
Arc says 1 or 2 years in his "how much longer you think you'll keep working on the game" but I also heard that about a year ago.
It's hard to put an accurate estimate on how long things would take.
Especially if you have a lot of people asking for more side stuff.

My hope is that the game will take at most another 2 years to complete. Act Two has taken way longer than I expected, but Act Three will be a lot more streamlined so... fingers crossed!

I've been playing the game for a will now and dude thanks for that. Really cool story so far, not too slow, not too fast so I trust you for what come next. Really cool characters, I love all of them, If I have to pick a favourite I would say Veronica and Jessica (for 2 obvious reasons xD) and the kunoichi girls but all of them are incredible. And also the big difference with the other games are the monster girls. It’s rare to find such exotic thing so really like that. Your game is great keep going.
On the down side it would be cool to have more situations were we could use more our powers (or not) to see differents outcome maybe.
Also mention to the lady of the lake, hope you will continue her little side story. Thanks again for this incredible game
Mind control is fun to read/watch/play.
It's not as fun to write tho, specially if you're the type of writer that tries to prioritise stories and character interactions.
There's many people asking for more usage of the other powers, more options, but making paths that branch too much would not only take a lot of time, but also would be a royal pain in the nuts to juggle.
I would personally like to see events where you use the powers even less. But in some stories the decision seems more like a "do or die" and others could work without but they would take an enormous amount of time to acomplish.
I don't know, would it be worth it to have more meaningless choices?
And golly yes, the lady of the lake, the sword.
But who knows, maybe in act 3? Maybe not, considering she's just an optional explore event?
Maybe it's a plotpoint for one of the planned sequels that are going to use the same universe (but not the same protagonist)?

Cursed pretty much covered everything - making branching storylines is highly problematic for a solo developer like myself, so unfortunately I have to curtail or "funnel" the power usage quite a bit.
That being said, I am trying to get more "power scenarios" in the game as I go along, and once CK is done I will take a month or two to go back over the entire game to polish, add QoL changes and insert as many new and branching storylines as I can.
As for the Lady of the Lake, well you'll see a little more of her in Act Three. As for how much more? That kinda depends on player demand - so make sure you petition for it in polls and such! :)
On day 23 and so far, I'm enjoying it. It has a good story and interesting characters. And who ever is writing pixies script is great, they definitely know how to think like a kinky valley girl, lol. So far, I give this game/novel a solid B rating. Only thing keeping it from a higher rating is... well, I'v noticed something strange about all the games on itch.io (and a few other places) and I haven't quit figured it out yet. I mean, (I think I know what's going on) but I'm not ready to say anything just quit yet ((and that's the most I'v ever said about that)) Anyways... Good job.
By the weeks went, the closer we are going to the Gates of Act 3, and man... I am nervous as heck, but excited at the same time.
I certainly wonder what will you have in mind, Arc. I never became this addicted for a H game before, hahaha.

That's just how it is when a game lets you take on stories in different order, but those stories may intermingle with eachother....
Would kinda defeat the purpose for the game to force you to do a story for seemingly no reason just in case you need something in the future.
e.g The game forcing you to complete Lyx's story before doing anything just in case you may need Lyx.
I mean Lyx was cinda useless anyway so It could be just cut
That seems like a very good idea for a bad ending.
Pixie uses the powers she didn't know she had and then dies because her frail body couldn't handle the sudden surge in energy.
The MC doesn't really know what to do in that situation, and while I have my doubts about the whole "Pixie is the MC's life-support" thing, it would still kind of break the story to have Pixie gone.
And yes, having to break the flow of a story to fetch some random goblin lady is really immersion breaking, don't see that changing.
TBH, I reckon Arc should poke the player even more to find Lyx. You meet her like she's just some random side character but at the end of the day she's pretty much crucial to the main story.
Supermarket you only really use on act 1, and it will appear as an icon.
In act 2 you have to check one of the shops.

Me gustaría consultar por el sistema de guardado, hace un tiempo termine el juego casi al completo (lo que se podía hasta el momento) y ahora me gustaría retomarlo pero al actualizar a la nueva versión mi partida guardada desapareció, tengo la carpeta con los antiguos saves pero no funciona ¿Existe forma de arreglar esto
No mencionaste en que plataforma juegas, asi que tendre que responder para todas...
En Windows/Mac/Linux creo que es similar, el juego guarda en una ubicacion separada a donde tienes el juego instalado.
Si descargas el juego de nuevo deberias poder usar esos archivos de guardado.
Ubicaciones son:

LINUX: ~/. renpy/CorruptedKingdoms/

Si cambiaste de maquina y/o respaldaste los archivos, solo tienes que ponerlos de vuelta ahi, y claro, asegurate de estar en la pagina correcta en el menu de Cargar Partida (va mas alla de la pagina 9).
Igual, te recomendaria bajar el cliente de itch.io, hace mucho mas facil tener el juego actualizado y no tienes que bajar el juego completo cada actualizacion, solo los cambios.
Funca mas o menos como el cliente de Steam.
En Android cambia la cosa, para empezar no puedes usar itch.io como en PC.
La ubicacion de los archivos de guardado es:

Toca mencionar que desde android 10 es mas complicado llegar a esa carpeta, si no te funciona con tu admin de archivos prueba con SolidExplorer
Y por cierto, para actualizar el juego no se te ocurra desinstalar, asi pierdes tus archivos.
Lo que tienes que hacer es bajar la APK e instalarla como una actualizacion a lo que tenias antes.

The game is WONDERFUL, i don't feel like i don't know what to do/how to do the tasks and getting along with the other Characters. I think is my favorite Visual Novel so far. But i would like to know, how many days there are Exactly? Since while i'm waiting for the updates i keepnplaying for the other quests, but i don't want to waste all the time i have only for those.
There's no time-gated or time-sensitive content.
At best you'll be made to wait a week or something but no "do this before day X or bad ending" type shit.
Just play at your own pace. No need to rush.
If you feel like being in a coma for months to farm the passive weekly income, you can do that.
The laptop cheat might not be there on final release.

As Cursed said, there's no time limits on anything in the game. You can take as long as you like, or go as fast as you like, and the game won't punish you either way. I want players to feel like their exploration is rewarded, not punished.

Nope, not really. Arc tries to finish all the content available for Act 2 first, because once Act 3 starts, there's some stuff in Act 2 that won't be available anymore and replaced with new ones.
Generally speaking, I'm nervous and excited, so I'm putting my trust with Arc as I'm loving this game.
There isn't a set release date for anything.
Weekly schedules are a bitch.
At best you could get a rough estimate, but even that can be wildly inaccurate.
Only thing I can say is that we're getting closer.
Stat trainings are done, college is very close to done, a few girls could use a couple more scenes, there's a few explore events left to be done, etc.
There's also a couple of things that may or may not be for act 3 instead, no way to tell...
People get antsy, but the transition into act 3 is important, and leaving shit half-done in act 2 would be counterproductive.

At some point a guy appears there and you need to do his quests to continue with the last 2 or 3 levels.

Shit's about to go down, but we don't know the extent of how fucked things are going to get after the transition into act 3.
I honestly just wanna keep all girls n kids to interact with, the girls in all ways and stuff like that and hopefully morgana aswell, i just wanna keep my 2D family together
You will still be able to interact with any of the Main Girls that you've gotten up to Love level 4 (as well as Morgana) and any of the Side Girls that you've interacted with - although depending on your actions some may or may not be on your side to begin with. You'll also be able to interact with any kids you've had by the end of Act Two :)
"Shit's about to go down", though, as Cursed said, so expect a big shakeup in the game world once you're in Act Three. Probably won't have time to go to any festivals with Kana, for example... ;)

I don't think that's available yet. The quiet girl is probably on the later updates once Arc gets on it soon.
