You gain access to the various demesnes once you open the Nexus. It's a story event so you can't miss it - just keep playing, and pursue both the Fey and Eldritch questlines to get it as soon as possible.
what about the upgrade to the mansion, it keep getting mentioned but nothing on how to do them. and how do i interact with the different people in the mansion like the recruited bosses and the ones that was on the human floor (before the war)?
The Mansion or the Manor? Because you can't upgrade the Mansion (that's where Madison and Veronica live). Upgrading the Manor will be in a future update, and you talk with people the same way you did throughout Act One and Two. Find them, or go to their room.
Boss Girls have no special interactions right now, as they were supposed to just be one-shots. The refurbished battle system in the next update will give you the ability to interact with them properly.
most of the rooms don't exist anymore so I can't talk to jessica's friends, and the bosses available only in the dungeon and after the rehabilitation center i thought (and hoped) there will be a nicer way to interact with them.
If you're getting errors during extraction then it's something at your end. Most likely a corrupt download, due to momentary ISP outage. If you download the file again it should extract fine.
I'm not sure what you mean by "Lynx Act Three"... do you mean "How do I meet Lyx in Act Three?" If so, you just have to keep playing and conquering locations. If you mean "How do I get to Act Three", just follow your leads (envelope icon in the top-right of the screen).
Also, apartment girls? You mean the House Ladies, or Samantha and Jackie? Or someone else entirely? House Ladies are part of Jessica's storyline, and can then be found in various places in the world. Samantha and Jackie can be found by selecting "Explore" from the Town Map and then paying attention to text hints when you find a "blank" section (ie. an area with no events).

I'm using an Android system. I'm still early on in the game. I will be honest I'm not much of a gamer. I have 2 points that freeze up, 1 is when trying to talk to the Nun, the 2nd is when dealing with Lilys ex at the bar. I suspect that is a point I need to get past for game progression. Nothing else is progressing in the game.
Chris is right, that's a bug from 0.19.7 which is fixed in the latest version. When you turn the game on, what version number is displayed on the splash screen? It should be 0.19.8.
I had to track it down. Where I downloaded the game from still has the older version. After finding it & messing with it to open on my fine, it works. Thanks

Unfortunately, no. Ren'py and Android have always struggled to work without issues together and the issue is always a combination of OS version and hardware. Newer OS's on older hardware especially seem to struggle.
The next update will contain an upgrade to the latest SDK which should fix the issues you're having. Fingers crossed!
Not sure if this is a known issue (I believe it may be from what I read on patreon page but I also am dumb so maybe not) - in the 3rd act there is an issue with basically every character image (the image that is on screen when they speak). It seems that you put a completely black outline with slightly higher scale behind the images - the bug being that the image or the outline is shifted so that instead of an outline it is like a really weird shadow/clone.
[Edit: on further inspection it seems the issue is just horizontal scale - the lines seem to match with the right side but trail off to the left]

Also minor bug when pressing "back" where the character image gets stuck until I relaunch the game (or maybe if I changed locations it would fix itself - I didn't check because I was worried my game was borked) in particular I tried one of the bad options on the outskirts and the goons popped up. I pressed back but those fuckers weren't going to let me get away with time traveling bullshit

That's not a bug - it's called a "drop shadow" and is a very common stylistic choice throughout a variety of media.
Rollback is always problematic in Ren'py and it's usually not advisable to do it, though the option is there for people who want to take the risk (it's usually fine if just scrolling back a couple of lines). Changing scenes will fix any graphical issues.
Jessica (and a few other characters) moving off-screen when not currently talking is an issue with how Ren'py handles "side image" code. The later events using side image code are fixed to no longer do this, but I'm still trawling through the code to fix the earlier instances that are still zipping around.
Are you on Android or PC? What are your device specifications? Have you tried turning your device off and on again (it's a meme at this point, but it works for 90% of strange errors).

I'm on the Android version and I'm at district 10 and I can't seem to figure out if there's something I need to do before I can go conquer more districts or if district 10 is the last available one, I clicked on every single one (District 11-37) and didn't see anything so I assume it's the last available one but I'm not sure.

I don't know why but when I get to the point of talking to the nuns at the church for the first time the screen keeps freezing. I don't know if it's my phone's problem or not, am I the only one this happens to?
I can't get it to install I had to delete more than twice the size just for the install to start and now it's stops at 90℅ now matter how much space I have. I can free up more.
My phone is very picky, I needed 6gigs to install.
Finally got it to install but now it crashes after interacting with the main menu. Any Ideas? I'm using a galaxy A12

Itch.io is dumb sometimes and puts the APK inside a zip file.
Get a file manager that can extract the zip or download from the public posts on Patreon or Substar.

It depends on you having Lily on 4 hearts before going into act 3.
