Weekly Update: v0.16.6 - ACT TWO FINALE! (part two!
The weekly update has been released!
This week it's the second and final part of the ACT TWO FINALE! This update finishes setting up the new state of things in the world of CK (and the main character...) and gets things ready for Act Three! Unfortunately that means you can't move around quite yet - you will be stuck in one location - but starting from the next update things open up again properly. I hope you enjoy! :)
NOTE: I'll be taking my once-every-two-months break next week, so the next supporter update will be on the 31st (a few days later for everyone else, as always). This Act Two finale work has kicked my ass so I'm gonna take a breather and come back with the Act Three content stronger than ever!
CHANGELOG:
- ACT TWO FINALE: Part two, in which revelations are revealed and tautologies are... tautened..?
- Bug: Removed some sneaky axis lines from one of the renders
- Bug: Tweaked the Fishgirls/Marina event so you can't kick it off if it's night time
- Bug: You are no longer forced into the mountain lake when checking on the fishgirls at the marina. Man, that undertow was rough!
- Bug: Shaking the water from his cloak, the Typo Hero drops the meagre results of his foraging by the fire and shakes his head, glancing at the raging storm around the Rambling Tower. "Not yet," he says. "Not yet..."

ok so i thought this game was just going to be a fuck fest. And dont get me twisted, it is. But its so much more than that. The world is set up in a way that you want to explore, and know more about the characters. If you ever get tired of the sex, which is almost impossible, given the sheer number of girls available, the story is actually great. Like i thought it was just going to be a cliche plot, but it even had me second guessing at times. Cant wait for the next update.

I created this itch.io account just to say this game is a god tier master piece in all aspects in the plot the charecter design the drama horror and steamy action :)
This masterpiece has a lil something for everyone and is good for a quick fap or for the epic story and plot I hope this game is never abandoned and the story completed like it deserves the dev deserves a award and an college scholarship for graphic design so he can unleash his potential and make even more god tier content like this masterpiece of a game/visual novel can't wait for ACT 3 I'm really anticipating where the story will go and I'm also concerned as well

Have no fear, CK will never be abandoned - I already have a few rough drafts for the sequels scribbled down! ;) Not to mention the other games set in the same universe that I really want to make... I love what I do, and I don't intend on stopping any time soon, that's for sure!

honestly, I have enjoyed this game and story so much. Your narrative and the varying characters is nothing short of anime quality. I have been playing for free but at this point I think the game is worth at least a solid 20 bucks. the full release is gonna be off the chain. keep up the good work and remember breaks are an important part of the creative process too
also does anyone know how to have kids? I still get a message saying something along the lines of I haven't met the right person

As for the kids, you need to meet a certain character first. This character has two requirements: First, you need to have met and unlocked the character cards (in the Heart menu) for Asteria, Luna, Roxy and Qarinah. Second, you need to have unlocked the Nexus (via Morgana). Once you've done both of these things you need to sleep and then the next time you enter the Nexus something weird will happen...

Corrupted Kingdoms is the first game in a planned trilogy, so you might not see the full extent of everyone's powers, but everyone's gonna get the chance to flex in Act Three ;)

so now that I finished the update. where did part 1 end anyway?
Part one ended in the Artifact's realm. Part two was shorter because I needed to do a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff to set up for Act Three. A lot of characters need new outfits in this new world! :)

There's a problem on android when i tried to update it its saying app not installed
Ren'py and Android often don't play nicely, unfortunately. Someone else had this same problem, though, and solved it by freeing up more space on their phone. Let me know if it doesn't work!
